Saint Michael's College - Playhouse- Wardrobe Supervisor
Operating as an auxiliary enterprise of Saint Michael's College, Saint Michael's Playhouse is an award-winning equity theater company recognized by The Drama League in NYC as "One of the best regional theater companies in America." The Playhouse produces high-quality productions with actors, directors, and designers from Broadway, Off-Broadway, and regional theaters nationwide, along with an extraordinary company of Vermont-based theater professionals. Housed in one of the finest performing arts facilities in Vermont, with a fully equipped, air-conditioned, 366-seat proscenium theater, the Playhouse attracts approximately 15,000 theatergoers each season. Additionally, the Playhouse's nationally recognized internship program has been the springboard for many successful careers in professional theater across the country.
Job Description:
Hands-on position for which the successful candidate must possess extensive knowledge of costume construction, strong people skills and strong organizational skills. Duties include assisting in building shows, maintaining costumes, and running all shows. Season: INTO THE BREECHES, THE MOUNTAINTOP, and DESPERATE MEASURES. Two week build per production. Salary: $350/week plus housing—private bedroom, shared kitchen and living room. June 10 - August 7.

Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of costume construction
- Strong organizational skills
- Willing to work with interns to accomplish wardrobe needs on stage
