This position requires weekend availability and on-call.
Who we are looking for:
You will be able to demonstrate composure, customer focus, patience, and the ability to gain trust and establish rapport with residents and the team. You will provide and foster a culture of placing our residents and guests first in the daily decisions involving their care and life in the community.
What you will be doing:
The Resident Services Manager will perform support functions to compliment nursing staff duties on multiple neighborhoods. Greet residents, visitors, and families, as well as assist with inquiries. Onboard new employees, delegate duties among nursing staff, mentor staff as needed, assist teams with daily tasks, create policies, procedures, and interventions as needed and any additional duties as required. The Resident Services Manager will also adhere to the C.N.A standards of care, apply critical thinking, evidence-based policies, procedures, guidelines, and competence to collaborate with the healthcare team to promote excellence in resident safety and quality outcomes.

Requirements:
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator highly
preferred- great introductory management position for brand new NHA
- Colorado or Compact State CNA certification or willingness to
become certified
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) from American Heart
Association (Required)
- Current Med Tech or QMAP certification or
willingness to become certified to pass medications.
- 6 months-1 year of skilled nursing/long term
care experience required
High
school diploma or equivalent preferred. Completion of an accredited certified nursing
assistant education program that satisfies the licensing requirements of the
Colorado State Board of Nursing for Certified nursing assistants- or
willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire.
