This full-time salaried position is generally Monday - Friday, however will provide some rotating weekend coverage.

Location Information
Saint Therese offers a continuum of care and services available in a person's own home or in one of our four Twin Cities communities: New Hope, Brooklyn Park, Shoreview, and Woodbury.
Since 2016, Saint Therese of Woodbury is our youngest community. Social vibrancy, distinctive living spaces and a continuum of care blend to create a unique senior living experience. We offer 216 independent, assisted living and memory care apartments; 56 skilled and transitional care suites. The Redwoods Senior Apartments, adjacent to the main campus opened in November 2017.
Responsibilities: Administers policies and programs of the dining services across the campus including management of purchasing, menu planning, food preparation, staffing, cost control/budgeting, sanitation practices and safety.
Education: Degree in culinary arts, Dietetics, or related field preferred. Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) required
Experience: Minimum three – five years institutional nutrition services experience. Three – five years supervisory experience within the food service industry. State and County Survey experience. Experience within senior care industry preferred.

- Effective time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of personal computers and related software, including word processing, graphics, and spreadsheet applications
