Location Information
Saint Therese offers a continuum of care and services available in a person's own home or in one of our four Twin Cities communities: New Hope, Brooklyn Park, Shoreview, and Woodbury.

Responsibilities
The Health Care Administrator (HCA) administers, directs, and coordinates the services and programs for the campus care center and housing for residence client/tenant services. With the goal to achieve the objectives of providing high quality senior housing and health care services to clients. The HCA maintains policies and procedures that actively reinforce our mission, core values and corporate directives and directs strategic and financial planning for the community.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field required.
MN Licensed Nursing Home Administrator required.
Experience:
3-5 years of progressive senior living operations and leadership experience, including at least two years leading a full-continuum or CCRC campus preferred.
Special knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, families and customers
- Promote and assure safe, quality client and resident careLead, direct and provide continuous improvement and best practice
- Passion for caring for older adults
- Identify and measure quality indicators translating to quantifiable outcomes
- Demonstrate successful business development and growth in services
- Strong financial acumen and fiscal/budget experience
- Strong MS Office proficiency
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
