Your Role With Us:As an Administrative Assistant III for West Valley Hospital Medical Services, you will apply your exceptional interpersonal skills performing all aspects of secretarial, reception and clerical functions in relation to the office of the assigned director. These tasks include but are not limited to: development and processing of letters, memos and a variety of reports; filing; transcription; coordination of telephone communication and scheduling associated with the Director's office; department-wide purchasing assistance and coordination of all associated documentation and follow-up; coordination of travel/meeting arrangements; and maintenance of statistics as requested.
