Your Role With Us:
The Parking Analyst will provide analytic and program support to the security team. In this role, the parking analyst will research, compile and analyze data in order to present findings in a variety of initiatives in regards to parking. The information found is crucial in providing direction and help with strategic planning and development of Salem Health. You will also be asked to provide top tier customer service to ensure smooth interactions between internal and external customers. There will be daily management of cash, credit card payments, invoicing, and deposits for the parking and transportation department.

Background/Expertise:
- Associate's Degree required, a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Two (2) years of data & analytical experience may be substituted for each year of schooling.
- Demonstrated expert level expertise in PC based spreadsheet and advanced presentation creation in programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio required.
- Experience working with parking and safety systems, including License Plate Recognition software (LPR) preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of progressive experience with demonstrated statistical and analytical skills through data collecting, organizing, analyzing, visualization and auditing required.
- Knowledge of Lean tools and demonstrated proficiency in application preferred. Special knowledge, skills, & abilities:
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Must have expert level ability to compile, interpret, and analyze data.
- Must have strong interpersonal and human relations skills.
