Position Summary:
Salem's is seeking passionate and skilled Sandwich Makers to join our vibrant team across. WE ARE SEEKING TEAM MEMBERS THROUGHOUT ALL THREE OF OUR LOCATIONS. This role is essential in delivering the highest quality of service and food to our customers, with a focus on preparing a variety of sandwiches in accordance with Salem’s standards and recipes. As a part of our team, you will play a key role in contributing to our mission of providing access to healthy, fresh food within our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation Excellence: Efficiently prepare high-quality sandwiches using fresh ingredients, ensuring each order meets Salem’s standards and customer expectations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Grill Cook and other team members to ensure a seamless operation, including communication regarding order specifications and timely refilling of make table items.
- Inventory Management: Assist in setting up and stocking food items and supplies as needed. Proactively manage inventory to ensure all necessary ingredients and supplies are available and fresh.
- Food Safety and Cleanliness: Adhere to strict health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper handling of food, cleaning of the preparation area, and ensuring all food items are stored correctly.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
