Looking for a candidate to wear several hats- duties include assisting in social media management, processing catering orders, working with customers on a variety of event styles, hiring/training/managing of catering staff. Candidate must be able to work the events including deliveries of drop-off catering, staffed events, and onsite events. Other responsibilities include- light food preparation, staging and loading of catering supplies, stocking and placing orders for needed supplies, assisting/overseeing cleaning and sanitation of onsite hall, equipment, and catering vehicles. Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs. Weekend availability a must (not every weekend).
