This opportunity offers:
- Uncapped compensation- strong base salary & commission- 1st year OTE $90,000-120,000

Successful candidates will possess:
- 5 years sales experience
- Demonstrated success in recruiting new talent and developing existing sales teams
- Backgrounds in retail real estate, home service sales, auto sales managers, Best Buy managers and other similar managerial roles is a strong match
- Technology proficient in CRM’s
- 3 years living in the Middle TN area- relocation package is NOT available
