We are looking for an Entry Level Outside Sales Rep to join our growing team.

This is a great opportunity for individuals willing to work hard in the Real Estate Industry. Our Outside Sales Representatives help homeowners that have circumstances that make it hard for them to sell with the normal real estate model. Our team members represent the largest homebuyer in the greater Philadelphia area, who are able to purchase homes as-is for cash, quickly. They are able to sell your house fast with no hassles, no repairs and no costs or fees.
We offer a base pay compensation, commissions and sales support as well as paid training to ensure that you are fully prepared.
We're looking for someone with:
- Efficiency in setting appointments
- Hunter mentality
- Enjoys every part of the sales process, from the initial prospecting call, through follow-up service, relationship building and closing deals
- Is an energetic team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Has the ability to meet goals and deadlines
- Is proficient with Microsoft Office programs and Sales CRM’s
- Understanding of real estate a plus, but not expected
Qualifications:
- D2D sales experience preferred
- Great Work Ethic
- Desire to be Successful
- Prior outside sales experience preferred
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Self-motivated personality
- Ability to work autonomously
