The Outside Sales Manager will be building and managing a team of clean energy representatives, working out in the field with the team, meeting with homeowners, informing them about the benefits of Community Solar, and closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of clean energy representatives
- Achieve individual standards and sales quotas
- Residential canvassing for the Community Solar Program
- Inform homeowners about the benefits of solar
- Effectively utilize electronic tools and applications provided
- Communicate effectively with all levels of leadership
- Daily reporting and data input
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to be Successful
- Great Work Ethic
- Experience in community solar a plus, but not required
- Management and growth of outside sales teams
