We seek an experienced(conference-preferred) B2B Sales Representative to join our team. The Conference Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business by contacting potential attendees through various sales methods, such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
This is an excellent opportunity for qualified applicants to earn a guaranteed base salary of $45,000 starting, then going as high as $65,000 by hitting quarterly performance goals - PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS. Your first-year OTE is north of $90,000 working from our office and your home office once trained.
We host private corporate events for the who's who of the Fortune 1000. Google, Apple, Oracle, Boeing, GE, Dawn Foods Global, Amazon, and Morningstar are just a few.
Proven experience selling conferences will be a priority in our hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Source qualified leads using our tools and then reach out to those qualified "client" leads through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn marketing.
- Achieve mandated sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Skills:
- Proven experience as a sales representative selling conferences or at least business-to-business
- Excellent writing skills to be used for social selling
- Excellent knowledge of G Suite tools from Google
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs

Pay: $69,426.00 - $80,107.00 per year
