Data Analyst

SalesChain is seeking to hire an entry level Data Analyst who is ready to learn our business and provide comprehensive pricing and catalog data collection and organization. SalesChain is a web-based, software as a service provider for office equipment dealers across the US and Canada. You will be working in a fast-paced, business environment with talented co-workers in Waterbury, CT.

This opportunity is perfect for a motivated self-starter. Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office and solid math skills are required. Experience in database management and finance tools are a plus.

This position is directly responsible for entering and maintaining pricing and catalog data to support customer systems. Responsibilities include upkeep of customer pricing and leasing rates. Our tight-knit group of on-boarding representatives become the advocate of our customer's needs and the front-line face of the company.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Interacting with customers who require pricing/data updates via phone and email

· Scheduling customer appointments with our IT and Management staff to resolve level two (more complex) issues

· Learning, understanding, and implementing our software tools

Qualifications and Skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 especially Excel

· Ability to communicate using Microsoft Teams

·Solid mathematical skills and attention to detail

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Independent problem solving

Education Requirements

· High school diploma or GED required

· College degree preferred
