Job Duties: Collaborate with a team of designers, developers, program managers, and product owners to evolve the ability to track and understand the real value of the internal products and tools. Provide productivity and efficiency at scale, and best practice approaches in support of the Solution Engineers to ensure that the Solutions organization is equipped for the next stage of growth within Salesforce. Leverage a design-led process and technology to bring ideas to life that deliver huge impact whilst being nimble and flexible, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the entire Global Solution Engineering organization. Support the data analytics processes and infrastructure, and work in partnership with the product teams to optimize tracking and reporting across our business. Support the data strategy, which is focused on insights to gain a better understanding of users' behaviors, and how that directly or indirectly impacts sales. Leverage sharp, critical thinking and problem-solving skills to interpret data and connect data to innovation. Support program managers and product owners in defining success metrics and our ability to measure. Set up analytics tools and dashboards for products across Q Branch portfolio. Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns. HQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative discipline, and one (1) year of experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or one (1) year of experience in the job offered.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Information Technology).
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Jenkins; (2) Kafka; (3) Kubernetes; (4) Microsoft Azure; (5) PHP; (6) Hadoop; (7) Spring Boot; (8) Airflow; (9) PowerBI; and (10) Hive. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Education, experience and criminal background checks will be conducted. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Salary: $126,277.00 - $149,600.00 per annum.
