The Corporate Messaging team is looking for a designer to support in creating best-in-class internal and external presentations for events as well as the accompanying storytelling enablement resources.

The right designer for this role will be a team player with a passion for detail and a knack for workshopping ideas into bite-sized content. They appreciate the nuances of presentation software tools and are excited to learn and grow as a designer. The ideal candidate is comfortable problem-solving in real-time with quick turnaround while maintaining a can-do attitude.

About the Team

The Corporate Messaging team plays a critical and hands-on role in defining the narrative of our company and is at the forefront of messaging and ideation. They work closely with executives on events and provide supporting presentation tools for the org.

Responsibilities

• Translate concepts and executive messaging into easy to understand event slides and graphics (this may involve many rapid iterations)
• Help define and influence visual concepts by whiteboarding ideas, brainstorming solutions, and scaling them across different mediums and for various audiences
• Support in the creation of corporate templates and guidelines and evangelize updates to corporate messaging and creative teams (a steward of our brand)
• Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to streamline processes and ensure smooth execution

The Skillset We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years experience in presentation design, graphic design, and storytelling
• Expert skills and extensive knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
• Ability to make thoughtful decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience with motion graphics or Adobe After Effects is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional collaboration skills, especially cross-functionally
• Deadline management, job review, and time estimation skills
• Be ambitious, curious, proactive, and flexible
