Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Lead with expertise in Camunda BPM to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and implementing high-quality Java applications, and integrating Camunda BPM solutions to enhance our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and support.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications.

• Integrate Camunda BPM solutions to automate and optimize business processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

• Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of applications.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Java developer with a strong understanding of Java frameworks and libraries.

• Expertise in Camunda BPM, including workflow and process automation.

• Experience leading a team of developers and managing projects.

• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
