Position Overview

As the Retail Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our retail business partners. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, leveraging your extensive knowledge of sales and marketing, client acquisition strategies, compliance management, and brand relationship building to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of each retail partner.
  • Continuously analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary to ensure targets are met.

Strategic Marketing

  • Craft and implement innovative marketing initiatives that elevate brand visibility and market presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Stay current with marketing trends and emerging technologies to remain at the forefront of the industry.
  • Monitor marketing campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize effectiveness.

Client Acquisition Mastery

  • Develop and implement client acquisition strategies that identify, engage, and convert leads into loyal customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align client acquisition efforts with sales goals.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize client acquisition processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Compliance Management

  • Oversee compliance with all relevant laws and regulations within the retail sector.
  • Implement compliance best practices and procedures to ensure legal operations.
  • Act as a point of contact for regulatory inquiries and audits, ensuring a seamless compliance process.

Brand Relationship Building

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brands and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales and marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and successful marketing campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
