The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Create QA Test Result documents for individual defect and enhancement tickets
- Verify and work to resolve client trouble tickets as they come in
- Stand up a Unified Functional Test (UFT) environment to support automated testing
- Learn the AMS application, and provide training sessions to the rest of the team
- Work with the end users to gather requirements for enhancement tickets, or in an attempt to resolve a user issue/defect
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's with 5 - 8 years (or commensurate experience)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate and
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate and articulate to stakeholders and management across multiple business functions
- Extremely detail oriented with a self-starter personality
- Proven history of successfully coordinating and executing all aspects of testing efforts from project inception to post launch
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into test cases and test scenarios
- Expertise in various forms of software testing: functional and non-functional testing – Integration, System, Regression, and End to End testing
- Experience with automated testing tools.
- Experience implementing testing strategies and leading the testing effort within agile and waterfall development processes.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in Database testing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and frequent release cycles is a must
