Overview
Salisbury Country Club Tennis Facility is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Maintenance Worker. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the upkeep and cleanliness of our esteemed tennis facility while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. No prior skills or experience are required; we are looking for a hardworking individual who is committed to maintaining the high standards of our club.

Responsibilities
1. Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the tennis facility.
2. Assist in the upkeep of the tennis courts, including sweeping, washing, and maintaining the playing surface.
3. Clean and maintain tennis equipment, such as nets, posts, and benches.
4. Monitor and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed within the facility.
5. Assist with general cleaning duties, including trash removal and restroom maintenance.
6. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks.
7. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations of the facility.

Requirements
1. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
2. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and orderliness.
3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
4. Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting and carrying equipment.
5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
6. Availability to work 20-25 hours per week, including weekends if necessary.
