Fuels Foreman USN Job Overview The Fuels Foreman is to provide operational oversight of refueling operations, management of manpower resources, equipment, coordinate fuel receipts, issues and Quality and Quantity Assurance. Roles and Responsibilities Bulk, Retail, Tank Farm and Aircraft Refueling Operations SOP Compliance: Ensure that all Government and US Air Force environmental regulations and SOPs are followed Managing Resources and equipment to ensure optimal performance Manage property book for each site to have full visibility on all GFE assigned Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications & Certifications Successful performance of personal management Considerable expertise in employee relations, training and development Perform fuel testing procedures on ground fuel Offloading and uploading fuel tanker trucks Knowledgeable of supervision of fuel testing and maintenance /repair of fuel handling equipment and facilities Extensive hands-on refueling proficiency Comprehensive understanding of and administered applicable FAA, OSHA and military regulatory guidance in ground refueling and airfield operations safety and DOT fuel storage and distribution provisions Demonstrated record of progressively greater scope of responsibilities. Documented supervisory experience and training noted above with emphasis in ground and aircraft refueling operations, inspections, environmental compliance, inventory management and equipment inspections. Intensive education, training and experience in all aspects of fuel operations, stringent quality control and assurance procedures, expedient and cost-efficient fuel delivery methods. Associate Degree or relevant course is preferred. Must possess operational knowledge of ATP-4-43, DA PAM 710-2-1, AR 710-2 and MIL-STD 3004B Minimum 5 years work history with experience in fuels supervision, fuel accountability, forecasting and petroleum storage and distribution operation Requires fuel testing and Fuel farm operational knowledge Skills, Abilities And Years of Experience Must possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft office programs Personal Management Skills Ability to manage resources Ability to lead a multinational team Valid US state driver’s license and international driving permit (IDP) is required.
