Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage construction crews, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently
• Oversee projects to ensure they are performed in accordance with industry and company standards
• Communicate plans and production goals effectively with crew members and clients
• Ensure all safety and maintenance procedures are followed diligently
• Build schedules and confirm crew hours worked, maintaining accurate records
• Prepare job sites and see them through to completion, ensuring high-quality results
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times
• Complete all necessary paperwork and information pertaining to the job
• Interact with clients to ensure job satisfaction and build strong relationships

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience managing construction, landscape projects, and/or teams
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with team members and clients
