Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and efficient Busser to join our dining team at Salted Mill. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. As a Busser, you will be responsible for ensuring that tables are cleared, cleaned, and set promptly, and that guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Clear, clean, and set tables quickly and efficiently.
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors.
• Remove trash and recycling regularly and dispose of it in designated areas.
• Assist with restocking supplies, such as napkins, utensils, and glassware.
• Provide support to the kitchen team by running food and completing other tasks as needed.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with the dining team to ensure efficient and timely service.
• Participate in daily dining operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Continuously strive to improve skills and knowledge in dining operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Busser or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Pay: $16.28 - $18.00 per hour
