What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Salty?
The Anchor Rose is looking for talented and motivated servers to join our team! We are a fully functioning restaurant on the Waterfront in the Santa Barbara Harbor-Marina. We are open Monday-Sunday, from 11am - 9pm. We are looking for people with lots of potential to build our brand and our guest experience, and are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment and are passionate about hospitality.
Requirements for Server
Server (Must be at least 18 years old): must be able to use basic mathematical calculations; able to communicate well; able to memorize information; positive attitude able to lift and carry 50 pounds; able to work under pressure; able to effectively solve problems; able to meet deadlines; able to analyze information; must work with a sense of urgency.

Dedicated and experienced servers with a minimum of two years of fine(ish) style service to join our family. Service is a core tenant of our company philosophy and creating a unique experience between our restaurant and our guests is paramount to what we do here. As a server, we want you to showcase your knowledge and curiosity for food and wine, and how the two complement one another. Shifts include dinner service five days a week.
Pay: $15.00 per hour tips
