At Saluda, we challenge boundaries. We innovate and think beyond the conventional. We disrupt. With the passion and energy of an accomplished team of seasoned experts, our focus is to revolutionize the standard of care in the neuromodulation space by transforming the lives of patients suffering from debilitating pain.

Saluda is a global healthcare company that is redefining the Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) therapy at the intersection of real-time diagnostics, and ground-breaking clinical evidence.  Every day at Saluda, we are focused on the dignity of responsibility to elevate human health and optimize clinician operations by unlocking the power of data and science to reach patients in need.

We are trailblazers and partners in the belief that smart, talented people, working as a team, can change the world.  And we are in the process of building our US Clinical Specialist (CS) team as we prepare to launch the first in a series of neuromodulation platforms in 2022.  Our vision is to elevate the integrity and patient-centricity in the SCS category and we are looking for like-minded game-changers to help advance our mission.

  • Assisting and partnering with the sales leader (Territory Manager) to develop, enable, and support commercial targets
  • Providing technical expertise, product demonstrations, patient care, and installation maintenance of Saluda’s platforms
  • Providing a differentiated procedural experience with clinician teams, which amplifies Saluda’s brand proposition
  • Overseeing clinician training activities and partnering with the Territory Manager across sales tactics, and market development strategies related to Saluda’s commercial success - responsible for the strategic development, sales execution, and overall commercial clinical performance of the Evoke™ platform
  • Through a differentiated clinical experience, ensuring the effective utilization and penetration of Evoke™ systems to ensure revenue commitments
  • Elevating the Saluda brand by providing deep knowledge and expertise associated with managing and programming Saluda’s platform
  • Having a basic, working knowledge of Saluda’s clinical trial data
  • Representing the Saluda brand promise to new and existing clinician customers in a manner that distinguishes Saluda as a high-integrity, transparent, evidence-based, patient-centric brand that is disrupting the traditional Neuromodulation business model
  • Facilitating the collection and dissemination of clinical and industry intel to inform Saluda’s commercial execution
  • Committing to share best-demonstrated clinical practices to strengthen the broader team’s execution

Why You’ll Love Being on the Saluda Team …

  • You will approach the business with agility, intensity, and a patient-centric bias to elevate the standard of care in the neuromodulation segment
  • You will have an opportunity to actively redefine the patient and clinical experience in the category
  • You'll work with a high-energy team of people who were rigorously selected to help us
    advance patient lives
  • You’ll be a key player on the high-growth US team responsible delivering the most sophisticated SCS platform to patients who need it most
  • You will be challenged, you will grow, and you will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where your ideas, instincts, and bias for action will be embraced
  • You will operate at the speed-of-trust and thrive in a culture that rewards integrity, clinical savvy, and a collaborative approach focused on sharing best-practices, learning from wins/losses, and closing the cycle-time between “idea” and “execution”
  • If interested in expanding your responsibilities beyond the role of CS, you will have an opportunity to explore transitioning to a sales/Territory Manager role as the Saluda Team grows
  • You will be offered competitive health benefit plans with countless options, will receive over 5 weeks of paid time off as part of our holiday, floating holiday and PTO program in your first year, and be eligible to participate in our 401k retirement plan effective the first day of your employment

What You Will Bring …

  • Integrity – a capacity to look beyond the transactional “sale” and drive deep account penetration by forming durable thought-partnerships with clinicians focused on bringing the highest level of care to their patients
  • Agility - an ability to respond, react, and deliver impact at a pace and intensity that raises the expectations in the category including the ability to travel a minimum of 50% of the time
  • Authenticity – openness to be coached and grow as well as the ability to do the same for your teammates. We are a “challenge directly but care compassionately” organization.  Expect to grow as a professional and bring others up as you do … and have fun in the process
  • Partnership and collaboration - we are a team … not a hierarchy. We will leverage each other’s strengths and experiences to grow our collective impact in the space.  We will be thought partners, global stewards of the organization, and team evangelists to the power of Saluda's Evoke™ therapy
  • Belief - armed with a strong level of understanding of Saluda’s clinical evidence, we’re looking for professionals who believe in the power of Saluda’s platform to elevate the lives of patients and reduce the “follow-up” burden of clinician teams
  • Confidence - enabled by 3 years’ experience in medical devices (in an OR or a Cath Lab) as a Clinical Specialist, we’re looking for pace-setters who are inspired by the promise to redefine the category. We’re seeking professionals with a bachelor’s degree in Science or Nursing with an extreme passion for technology and troubleshooting.  We consider advanced degrees (MS, MA and PhD) to be a huge plus.
  • Elevation – we’re looking for professionals who don’t believe in zero sum competitive games; our focus is maximizing clinical data to transform patient lives, optimize clinician operations, eliminate the traditional “black box” burden of neuromodulation, and help advance the category
