Salus Homecare is seeking caring and compassionate Caregivers to start ASAP! We are seeking experienced Caregivers for our cases in San Diego County! Cities include: San Diego, Escondido, Vista, etc.Caregiver Requirements:
Current Home Care Aide (HCA) Certification through the state of CA - Must be willing to register if not in handMust pass a background check - National sex offender registry, Driving record, employment historyMust have current TB test with negative results, or Chest X rayMust have reliable transportation to and from your shiftExperience with personal care is PREFERREDMUST be able to lift client if needed with assistance of gait belt / be comfortable as a stand-by assistMust have a positive, can-do attitudeMust be able to legally work in the USA with no sponsorship requirementsCaregiver Essential Functions:
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's)Bathing, grooming, personal care, feeding / meal prep, toileting ambulation, medication reminders, social interaction, and more!Be oriented and well trained on ALL aspects of the client’s Plan of CareMeal Prep and cooking Assist clients with LIGHT housekeeping (vacuuming, sweeping, changing linens, laundry, etc).
