What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales and Production Associate position at Salvation Army - ARC?
The Sales and Production Associate will be responsible to perform a wide variety of duties in the store and the production area. Associate will maintain order and create and sustain a pleasant and hospitable work environment and maintain good customer relationships. Sales and Production Associate will assist with store operations, as required. They will handle all donations with care and donors with respect and courtesy. Assist with cleaning and general maintenance of store property. Be well versed and comply with all procedures and policies as stated. Comply with all cash handling and security standards as relates to cash register operations, daily sales reports and bank deposits.
Be willing to perform other duties as may be assigned by immediate supervisors and/or Administrator.
Qualifications:
- Ability to speak and understand English for effective communication with supervisors, employees and customers.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
