SALES SUPERSTAR WANTED $50k TO $300K
Don’t even call unless you are the best and can prove it. Earn $50K if your average, $150K if your good, and $300K plus if you’re great. This is in the Roofing & Construction , but we hire star performers not backgrounds. Young or old- if you have the stuff, we’ll know. Will train someone who has everything we want. Small base, but huge performance rewards to get you to $300K and beyond each year. Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start. Must be highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter and communicator, and a barracuda closer. Come and build your own empire within our fine, progressive company. Responsibilities:
1. Generate Sales Leads: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
2. Customer Consultation: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' roofing needs, paying meticulous attention to detail. Provide expert recommendations based on our high-quality products and services.
3. Insurance Claim Expertise: Collaborate with clients and insurance adjusters to facilitate smooth and efficient claim processes. Navigate insurance requirements and paperwork with precision.
4. Sales Presentations: Develop compelling and customized presentations, highlighting the intricate details of our roofing solutions. Effectively communicate the value proposition to clients and insurance partners.
5. Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with attention to detail. Ensure all aspects of agreements are thoroughly understood and aligned.
6. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance professionals. Ensure satisfaction and foster an environment conducive to repeat business and referrals.
7. Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments. Leverage this knowledge to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications:
1. Proven track record of success in roofing sales, with a minimum of 1 years of experience.
2. Strong understanding of roofing products, materials, and installation processes.
3. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accurate assessments and proposals.
4. Expertise in working with insurance companies and navigating claims processes.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Results-driven and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
8. Knowledge of CRM’s and Technology Surrounding them.
