About the Job:
Sama is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to manage programs and campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue. The ideal candidate should be able to think strategically, have relevant experience in demand generation in a growth company, and be able to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
The Demand Generation Manager will drive the strategy, experience, and execution for our demand gen campaigns within several strategic pods. This role will be responsible for gaining a solid grasp of the company’s personas, preferences, and behaviors. With this as a backdrop, he/she will lead the effort to deliver a relevant customer experience that drives tangible business results and reinforces the company’s value proposition. They will be accountable for delivering on marketing goals (MQL, SQL, CW), conversion optimization, user-journey optimization, reporting and insights, and developing demand generation activities that reflect best practices and industry trends.
Candidates should be self-starters, who thrive on teamwork, are able to deliver business results, and strive for marketing excellence. They should have experience working with cross-functional teams, such as Product Marketing, Website, PR, Sales, and Client Success to define and deliver measurable results. This is a great role for the right candidate to have a significant impact on the business. Reporting to the Director, Demand Generation, you will be a key player in designing and delivering on our marketing plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end planning and execution to generate demand, capture engagement, and grow pipeline
- Manage integrated inbound campaigns across various paid media channels, social media, programmatic, display, email marketing, and more to drive business goals
- Develop, execute, and optimize ABM campaigns across the entire funnel
- Track and analyze data to prove ROI and pull insights to make data-driven decisions
- Continually analyze engagement metrics and conversion points throughout the funnel to optimize campaign performance and create actionable insights
- Work with business stakeholders within the company to determine priorities for key strategic pods. Research potential users to understand behavior and preferences. Bring all elements together to build a comprehensive demand gen strategy.
- Ensure data efficacy across campaigns, platforms, and tools and manage campaign effectiveness measures and reporting
- Support sales teams and develop strategies in coordination with stakeholders to build enablement programs to support mid/late-funnel conversion and pipeline creation
- Strong track record of project management skills and ability to interact with all levels of management, sales, product, and third-party vendors, keeping projects on track and within budget
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-4 years of relevant B2B experience managing integrated campaigns using a wide range of digital media tactics
- Understands Demand generating tactics (PPC, paid social, re-targeting, ABM, email, etc)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to socialize ideas, make recommendations, and communicate clearly with co-workers and the leadership team.
- Must be comfortable with SFDC
- Experience with Hubspot preferred
- Experience with 6sense a bonus
- Campaign operations experience a plus
- Collaborative team player who is eager to jump in and learn
- Bring high energy and enthusiasm to a rapidly changing environment
- Has strong written and communication skills
- Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
