Samaritan Health Services (SHS) seeks a detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to support senior level executives in Corvallis, OR.
In this role you will oversee/facilitate project coordination and perform various clerical/administrative related duties for our key leaders within Samaritan. You will coordinate the goals process, organize and prioritize multiple requests efficiently. This individual must be able to act independently with limited supervision and makes decisions within designated authority.
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
General Administration employees support the smooth operation of system-wide programs within Samaritan Health Services. We regularly interact with senior leaders, physicians and community members.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
Four (4) years experience in a position of similar responsibility and complexity in a healthcare setting required.
Experience and/or training with computer applications required.
MS Teams, MS Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel, etc) strongly preferred.
