Position Details
Child & Family West Michigan serves many vulnerable families and is searching for a Utilization Manager.
The Utilization Manager works collaboratively with foster care leadership to achieve internal outcomes as well as Key Performance Indicators
identified by contract and policy requirements.
This person also provides insight and analysis of trends, data, and best practice, as it relates to family engagement, service delivery,
client outcomes and quality performance.
This is a full time role that offers a salary of $54,600 annually.

Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications
Education, Training, and Licensure/Certification
- Master's Degree in a Human Services related field with one year supervisory experience and three years’ experience as a social services worker; OR
- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services related field with two years supervisory experience and three years’ experience as a social service worker
- State of Michigan licensure preferred
Additional Work Requirements
- Participate, as required, in a system of 24 hour availability to persons served. Flexible work schedule that may include extended hours
- Unrestricted valid driver’s license with good driving record. Reliable personal transportation suitable for safely transporting persons served; proof of current automobile insurance
