We are looking for a qualified Manager, HR Business Partner to oversee human resources operations for our various business units. Specifically, this role will be responsible for providing direction, management, and mentorship for the team of HR Business Partners. Additionally, this position will be directly partnering with one of our business units.. Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices, including coaching, organizational development, internal investigations, and strategic project management. This role will play a critical role in the performance management, growth, development, and overall people practices that impact our internal teams; while providing strategic direction and guidance to the HR Business Partner team as a whole.
