Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, detail oriented and incredibly efficient person to help run our COVID testing center. We run a tight ship that grows exponentially, daily.
Greeters are reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented professionals who interact with clients who visit our Covid testing center with compassion and respect. They address concerns of clients, talk to them in any available downtime, ensure safety and encourage repeat clientele.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greet all individuals with empathy, compassion, and respect
- Maintain professional code of conduct and a positive attitude at all times on site
- Hand out merchandise/ goodie bags to clients
- Diverge in conversations that lead to increased marketing efforts
- Handle a high volume of patients at a given time
- Able to diffuse situations in a timely manner
- Demonstrate the ability to interact efficiently with patients and team members
- Maintain strict confidentiality of confidential personal information of our patients in compliance with HIPPA
- Ensure all communication is relayed to the correct channels as needed
- Deal with any troubleshooting issues the Client Managers may have
- Perform any other duties as required
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing, and positive personality
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service, required
- Professional appearance and presentation at all times (you are the face, the enthusiasm, the energy that will help fluctuate each site)

- People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
- Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years related experience
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
