Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production process and ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products
- Develop and implement production schedules and monitor progress
- Train and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Troubleshoot any production issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure availability of necessary materials and supplies
- Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to optimize productivity
Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment relevant to the production process
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, including inventory management and logistics
- Ability to fabricate and assemble products according to specifications
- Experience operating a forklift or willingness to learn
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
