Job Title : Beauty Expert

Hourly Rate : $20 / hr

Job Overview : We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Beauty Experts to join our team. In this role, you will educate guests about a new beauty product line and provide them with the opportunity to sample the products in-store.

Your primary responsibilities will include merchandising the beauty sampling table, assisting with product demonstrations, and encouraging immediate purchases of featured items.

Key Responsibilities :

• Educate Guests : Provide detailed information about beauty products, highlighting their benefits and features.
• Product Sampling : Offer guests the chance to sample the new beauty products and guide them through the experience.
• Merchandise Table : Set up and maintain an attractive and organized beauty sampling table. Ensure that all products are displayed effectively to drive interest and sales.
• Encourage Sales : Promote the featured products on the table and assist guests with their purchases. Drive sales by effectively communicating the benefits of the products.
• Customer Interaction : Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering any questions they may have about the products.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a beauty-related role or a strong passion for skincare and beauty products.
• Ability to educate and engage with customers effectively.
• Experience in merchandising or retail is a plus.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Additional Information :

• This position is part-time, with flexible hours to accommodate store needs.
• Training on the beauty product line will be provided.
