SAN MAR Properties INC. is a property management company who strives to provide excellent customer service to promote resident retention and a sense of community to all residents and staff.
We are looking for a customer service focused individual to join our team at one of our Tax Credit Properties in Bakersfield, CA. This individual ideally will have property management experience and have had experience managing a staff. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail and is able to assist their team in developing to reach their goal along with the overall goals of the management company.
Affordable Housing / LIHTC experience highly sought. Tax Credit certification is a big plus! (C3P, CPO, FHC, HCCP, NAHP, NAHPe, NCCP, NCP, NCP-E, SCHM, TCS)
