Sanborn Head is seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant who can work from our Concord, NH location. The Marketing Assistant will interact with all levels of staff and provide a variety of functions to support marketing activities. This is a fast-paced and dynamic position, with opportunities to be challenged and grow professionally.

Essential Functions-What You Will Do

• Coordinating business development activities across our client service areas.
• Managing sponsorships and attendance registrations for industry events and conferences.
• Preparing and maintaining resumes, project descriptions, and firm qualifications materials.
• Assisting in production of RFP/RFQs and interview presentation materials.
• Coordinating promotional items and client gifts.
• Coordinating special events and lunch & learn presentations.
• Supporting social media engagement by tracking and sharing company, project, and people news.
• Conducting client and market research.

Competencies-What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline strongly desired.
• 0-2 years of administrative experience preferably working for a construction, engineering, architecture, or professional services firm.
• Highly organized with good time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive, collaborative attitude, with the ability to work well with supervisor, co-workers, principals, consultants, and other outside contacts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• The ideal candidate will be highly professional and possess a focus that reflects the firm’s commitment to responsiveness and excellence.

Position Type-What You Should Know

• Full-time position.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday with flexible daily hours.
• Position can be seated in Concord, NH, Boston or Westford, MA and is Hybrid
