Seeking a full time Property Manager for a gated community with 69 units, two swimming pools, laundry facilities, a boat ramp and 17 boat slips. Excellent communication skills, friendly customer service, website management skills and computer proficiency is required. Property Management experience a plus. Salary starts at $40 k , depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • 8 hour shift
  • On call
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay
