- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the Vacation Management company's website and social media platforms
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and display advertising
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Create engaging and compelling content for social media posts, blog articles, and email marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze website analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and experience with conversion optimization techniques
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
