What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Sandbox Pizza?
The Sandbox is hiring experienced servers! We are looking for someone with a fun, outgoing personality that can make our guests feel comfortable, safe, and well taken care of. We’ve created a casual environment focused on pizza, wings, and good vibes! Extensive beer and liquor knowledge would be ideal as we have an expansive bar.

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum 1 year serving experience required
- Experience in the food/bar industry preferred
- Knowledge of Toast POS system is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety regulations (Foodhandlers Card Required)
- Ability to work in a team environment and help colleagues as needed
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Work our cashier/take-out register on occasion
Expected availability: 4 shifts per week
- Most shifts are evening (PM) based except for weekends where the hours are extended over most of the day
- Weekend and holiday availability is expected
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.85 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 32 per week
