MANAGE THE DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES OF THE SANITATION DEPARTMENT ENSURING ALL SANITATION EMPLOYEES FOLLOW CLEANING PROCEDURES FOR PRODUCTION LINES AND FACILITY TO MEET/EXCEED GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES (GMP), USDA AND FDA REGULATIONS
MAINTAIN ALL PERTINENT RECORDS. REPORT AND PAPERWORK; ENSURE DAILY REPORTING IS ACCURATELY COMPLETED AND RECORDED AS REQUIRED (I.E. DEPARTMENTAL REPORTS ATTENDANCE/STAFFING, ETC.)
IDENTIFY, DEVELOP, COMMUNICATE AND IMPLEMENTATION OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROCESS OPTIMIZATION, ( I.E. NEW METHODS, PROCEDURES AND SYSTEMS) TO IMPROVE SANITATION PROCESS
LEAD OR PARTICIPATE IN THE PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS, MONITOR,IMPROVEMENT METRICS AND SOLVE FOR REOCCURING ISSUES.
PARTNER WITH QUALITY ASSURANCE TO ENSURE A FOOD SAFE AND SANITARY ENVIRONEMENT FOLLOWING ALL SPECIFICATIONS AND USDA REQUIREMENTS
MENTOR, COACH AND TRIAN/CROSS-TRAIN EMPLOYEES ENCOURING CAREER DEVELOPMENT; PROVIDE CONSISTENT FEEDBACK CONCERNING STRENGTHS AND AREAS IN NEED OF IMPROVEMENT
ADMINISTER PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT PLANS AND DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS ON A FAIR AND CONSISTENT BASIS
FOLLOW AND PROMOTE ALL SAFETY INITIATIVES INCLUDING TRAINING/RETRANING EMPLOYEES,HELPING TO MAINTAIN A ZERO ACCIDENT CULTURE

Salary : $31,300 - $39,600
