Two of their locations near the Four Corners area need a Branch Manager with a strong leadership style and the ability to encourage the individual growth of employees.
The ideal Branch Manager candidate will be responsible for promoting the branch facility in the community with an emphasis on building the deposit base and cross selling other bank product and services to expand customer relationships for this CDFI bank, in order to serve the underserved and underbanked community.
Some of the benefits offered with this role are both a 401(k) and Roth 401(k) retirement plan including a maximum 4% employee match with immediate vesting, a wellness benefit up to $50 per month reimbursement and more.
Additional requirements for Branch Manager:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a banking role, including supervisory experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, finance or related field and 3 years’ supervisory experience
Must have a professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
Computer savvy
