Webinar Moderation:
- Introduce speakers, set the agenda, and provide an overview of the webinar's objectives and structure
- Moderate discussions by guiding conversations, asking relevant questions, and ensuring essential aspects of exporting from Morocco to the US are covered
- Manage the Q&A segment, fielding and organizing participant inquiries for efficient and informative responses from speakers
- Monitor the webinar's chat or Q&A platforms, engaging with participants, and relaying pertinent questions to speakers
- Maintain an interactive environment by encouraging audience participants on and engagement throughout the session
- Develop a social media strategy to promote the webinar across various platforms
- Create engaging content related to the exporting process, building anticipation for the webinar
- Regularly update social media accounts with relevant information and engage with the audience
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and adjust strategies accordingly
- Respond to inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner
