Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic individual (US Citizen only) to fill the combined role of Webinar Moderator and Social Media Manager focused on the process of exporting products from Morocco to the United States. The successful candidate will be in charge of promoting the event through various social media channels while also ensuring a seamless webinar experience.

This combined role requires an individual who can seamlessly switch between moderation responsibilities and social media management tasks, contributing to the overall success of the event and its online promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

Webinar Moderation:

  • Introduce speakers, set the agenda, and provide an overview of the webinar's objectives and structure
  • Moderate discussions by guiding conversations, asking relevant questions, and ensuring essential aspects of exporting from Morocco to the US are covered
  • Manage the Q&A segment, fielding and organizing participant inquiries for efficient and informative responses from speakers
  • Monitor the webinar's chat or Q&A platforms, engaging with participants, and relaying pertinent questions to speakers
  • Maintain an interactive environment by encouraging audience participants on and engagement throughout the session

Social Media Management:

  • Develop a social media strategy to promote the webinar across various platforms
  • Create engaging content related to the exporting process, building anticipation for the webinar
  • Regularly update social media accounts with relevant information and engage with the audience
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Respond to inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • Ability to convey information clearly and concisely to a diverse audience
  • Expertise in moderating webinars, ensuring smooth flow, and maintaining audience engagement
  • Capable of guiding discussions, asking relevant questions, and managing Q&A segments
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing social media strategies
  • Strong interactive skills to encourage audience participation during the webinar
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms and their features
  • Ability to create engaging and shareable content for promotion
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and maintain composure in high-pressure scenarios
  • Flexibility to adjust webinar moderation style based on audience dynamics
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms and related technical tools
  • Comfortable troubleshooting minor technical issues during the webinar
