The Site Manager will serve as an integral member of the operations team, promoting cross- functional collaboration, customer communication & excellence in service, flexibility & adaptability. This leader is critical for ongoing success and continued rapid growth. The Site Manager will provide support and insight to the Area Manager in key business decisions and in managing the relationship with shareholders.
Reporting into the Area Manager, this role will lead one of three regional management teams across the United States. To be successful as a Site Manager, you should be able to lead and manage people, ensure operations run smoothly, and achieve revenue targets. Ultimately, a top-notch Site Manager should be able to perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Manage all financial aspects associated with the day to day operations.
- Understand and effectively manage the Statement of Work agreement made with the customer.
- Coordinate sanitation activities with production, maintenance, and quality control management.
- Constant communication with customer and other stakeholders.
- Supervise and coordinate all sanitation activities with assigned Supervisors.
- Adhere to developed cleaning methods and procedures which are designed to eliminate operating problems, and improve sanitation efficiency.
- Schedule, train, coach, counsel all assigned staff.
- Conduct Supervisor performance reviews.
- Motivate, coach, and encourage staff to reach their maximum potential.
- Issue and/of recommend Disciplinary Actions when necessary.
- Analyze sanitation metrics, standards, budget.
- Ensure documentation, review and compile assuring audit readiness at all times.
- Adhere to equipment ATP testing, data interpretation and corrective action as needed.
- Direct the chemistry and resource management at assigned location.
- Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with our best practices, policies, procedures and applicable laws.
- Lead by example, modeling team readiness and dependability.
- Oversee the review of the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safe Quality Food standards (SQF), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and enforcement as well of all established Safety rules and practices.
Other Skills, Education & Specialized Knowledge
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Sanitation Manager/Supervisor in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience conducting a root cause analysis and CAPA.
- Experience working with regulatory agencies such as USDA and FDA.
- Advanced training and knowledge of established food safety standards, including GMP, SQF, BRC, HACCP, SSOPs, quality control processes, preventative maintenance programs, and food safety audit procedures.
- Possess an understanding of industrial sanitation theory, chemistry and chemistry verification techniques.
- Comfortable with collaborating with internal departments such as Safety & Risk Management, Human Resources, Finance and other Company leaders.
- Demonstrated ability in carrying out verification and validation of specialized cleaning procedures.
- Understand and comply with government regulations relating to OSHA, FDA and EPA.
- Able to follow written or verbal instructions, communicate clearly as well as demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate verbally in Spanish.
PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS:
The position is 25% seated work, 75% standing, walking, and moving. Employee may frequently bend, kneel, and squat and must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
