Specializing in precision machining and metal fabrication, our Sanmina Newark, California facility has 15 years experience in both precision and large format solutions for industrial, semiconductor, clean technology and oil & gas markets.We provide comprehensive engineering and test capabilities: from in-house and hydrostatic leak-testing of medium and large format vacuum chambers to machining of precision stainless steel mechanisms. We have the capacity to machine components up to 3 meters.Our metal fabrication services include grinding, vacuum welding, heat treating, plating and anodizing. We can process many advanced materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, plastics, ferrous-nonferrous and other exotic alloys.
Job Purpose:
TheECNAnalystwill review documents and work with engineering to provide feedback to customers. Process ECR's/ECO's/PCO's /MCO's for Customers (BOM compare/Agile redlines etc.), material impact and coordinate inputs into established documents/systems with Planner, Buyer and Engineering. Manage BOMs structure and entries into Agile /Oracle systems. Support document control activities outlined in the quality systems procedures.
Nature of Duties/ Responsibilities:
- This person will manage ECO internal log / Aging reports and provide required progress reports to internal and external teams.
- Manage Customers ECO log and facilitate internal and external ECO reviews.
- Escalate if ECR/ECO/PCO does not get proper attention, monitor implementation with ME's and provide feedback to CUSTOMERS if any changes. Facilitate ECO meetings with the CUSTOMERS team.
- Assure deliverables are timely and in place from every required area/ department for the ECO to be physically implemented.
- This role will perform Oracle updates such as lead times, buyer names, commodity codes, etc.
- Enter labor and the shop floor routing.
- Coordinate shop floor issues with admin for timely resolution
Education & Experience:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2years of related experience
- Knowledge of Agile and Oracle is a must
- Familiar with contract manufacturing processes
- Familiar with complex products BOMs structures
- Excel and Word proficient.

Salary Range (annual): $72,000 - $85,000
