POSITION SUMMARY
As a general accountant at Santa Cruz Sky, you will be responsible for a wide range of accounting and finance tasks. This is a great opportunity for an experienced accountant who is looking for a new challenge and wants to be a part of a growing company. The ideal candidate will have experience with double-entry bookkeeping, financial statements, and tax returns. They will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills. This role reports to our Controller, but must have the ability to work independently.

Full-Charge Bookkeeper to work under supervision of Controller

• Multi-company office, so organizational skills are a MUST
• Quickbooks DESKTOP experience a must—heavy Accounts Payable work
• Payroll experience
• Work with the Executive Director of Operations and Controller on a daily basis

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in tax, accounting, or finance
• CPA Preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting/finance

• Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas
