Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate customer records and information
- Accurately post adjustments, payments, into multiple accounts
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Ability to work cooperatively with others and to function as a member of a team
- Computer experience, data entry

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of office book keeping procedures
- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide leadership when necessary

This is an intermediate level position, working under limited supervision. Work situations are varied and require a service-oriented individual with strong interpersonal, customer service, and phone skills, discretion, good judgment, and accounting background a plus. Must be very organized. Pay rate depends on experience. It is a Monday through Friday job hours vary. Full time. Dental and Optical only.
