Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate customer records and information
  • Accurately post adjustments, payments, into multiple accounts
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others and to function as a member of a team
  • Computer experience, data entry
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Reconciliation skills
  • Ability to apply business rules to make sound decisions.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.)
- Knowledge of office book keeping procedures
- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide leadership when necessary

-High School Diploma or Equivalent required

This is an intermediate level position, working under limited supervision. Work situations are varied and require a service-oriented individual with strong interpersonal, customer service, and phone skills, discretion, good judgment, and accounting background a plus. Must be very organized. Pay rate depends on experience. It is a Monday through Friday job hours vary. Full time. Dental and Optical only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
