Project Manager

Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring a seamless & successful implementation for all ClarisHealth client projects. The Implementation Consultant will engage in the process to ensure they have a complete understanding of the client’s business needs and will assist with the design and development of the unique solutions to resolve those issue throughout the implementation. The Implementation Consultant will act as a Project Manager for the entire implementation, including facilitating presentations and meetings for internal and client stakeholders on the status of the project as needed.

Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Partner with team members in a discovery process that will inform product design and the creation of the statement of work
• Communicate implementation methods and timelines from start to finish as a Pareo client
• Guide the client to adhere to the implementation project plan and timelines
• Gather requirements for the project design guide to clearly define and document the scope of work for the product that will be configured for the client
• Document the implementation project plan to compliment the Statement of Work provided
• Responsible for the overall client relationship during the entirety of the implementation and is the primary point of contact for escalations
• Observe and document operational workflow of current state client processes to provide consultative recommendations during the implementation process
• Facilitate meetings during implementation and post implementation to ensure application configuration is correct, all quality risks or defects are resolved, the project is progressing on-time and the business problem identified cycle is being solved
• Responsible for facilitating client onsite training/services as needed
• Ownership of steering committee meetings with key client stakeholders or decision makers to update them on the progress of our implementation, raise any issues or risks to their attention and discuss proposed mitigation strategies to ensure the success of the implementation
• Position may require the employee to travel 25% of the time

Measures of Success

1. Stakeholder satisfaction: Maintain customer a satisfaction of 90% for all implementation projects.
2. Cost: complete 95% implementation milestones on time.
3. Revenue: Complete implementation go-live within 15 days of projected date.
4. Process Improvement: Design and implement 2 process improvement initiatives which add efficiently and speed to the implementation process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3 – 5 years of experience, preferably Healthcare (preferred)
• Technology Implementations experience
• Enterprise software platform (preferred)
• Strong leadership skills
• Willing to be “in the weeds”
• Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required
• Highly developed customer service/people skills
• Advanced written and oral communication skills
• Excellent troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and handle multiple tasks/demands simultaneously
• Team-first orientation: must thrive in collaborative, team-based work environment
