Duties and Responsibilities
- Work a schedule in support of retail and wholesale operations at our locations in Tampa, FL that will include weekend, mornings or evening duties.
- Hands on use of our computerized accounting system for posting invoices, receipts, and other transactions.
- Reconciling daily transactions, posting adjustments, and following-up on discrepancies.
- Handling receipts and reconciliations for a high-volume retail operation.
- Preparing daily cash management reports and deposits.
- Contacting business customers to help resolve unpaid items.
- General accounting, office management duties to aid operations of the fast-paced operation.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same.
- High standard of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Prior hands-on experience using computerized accounting systems.
