The Customer Experiences organization in Corporate Marketing is looking for a Copywriter to help create digital content across the entire customer journey, from awareness and perception to try, buy, adoption, and consumption. We write, re-write, and edit core content for digital experiences, including web, e-mail, and other digital assets.
Our team believes in connecting with customers at scale, supporting them at each stage of the customer journey, from early awareness and consideration, through onboarding and post purchase engagement. You will be in the middle of it all, executing against content strategies that are rooted in fact-based customer journeys, writing compelling content that delivers what customers need to make their purchasing decisions.
As a Copywriter, you’ll rely on both your functional expertise and your ability to advocate for content excellence to build close relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders. You’ll work closely with the Content Strategy and SEO teams to help translate strategies into core digital content. You will operate using established agile processes to deliver great content at massive scale, while also upholding customer-centricity and quality over quantity.

Responsibilities Include
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment where everyone is empowered to do their best work and where professional growth and development are encouraged.
- Writing. You can write production-ready content without significant editing. You relentlessly cut through the jargon and write like a human, not a robot. You’re also an advocate for style but recognize when a guideline is a guideline and not a rule.
- More writing, across a breadth of content types. From headlines that pop, subject lines that grab attention, web copy that inspires action, to SEO articles and e-books that educate – you have a demonstrated ability to create compelling short-form and long-form copy.
- Operating within content development processes that enable the team to create top-notch copy in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer advocacy. Relentlessly champion the customer and the experiences they have with the content you create – how they find it, how they consume it, how they use it to make decisions.
- Using data and market insights for decision making including content optimization and new concept development. All of your copy decisions should be rooted in both quantitative and qualitative date – and you know when to use which.
- 3 years of writing experience and demonstrated track record driving business impact through content.
- 3 years of digital marketing experience and an understanding of best practices, including familiarity with customer journey mapping.
- Strong customer centric mindset and demonstrated ability to put the customer first.
- Clear and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Recognized as a self-starter with a bias for action.
- Creative problem-solving skills, and a growth mindset approach
- Understanding of content disciplines, including SEO, content strategy, and execution.
- Experience with commercial technology sales processes.
