Engineering Manager, Consumer Cloud

Build the infrastructure powering Retail and Brand growth

Building out new APIs and cloud services for modeling and managing products, inventory, orders, & fulfillment will allow brands and retailers to adopt and extend our business-as-a-service strategy. We are looking for an engineering manager to lead and help grow a strong, diverse team of developers with a strong background or interest in working across these domains to build successful products or systems.

You will:

• Manage a great team of engineers, helping to develop their careers and provide feedback.
• Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as part of the engineering management team.
• Work with engineers, product, and UX to build new customer-facing APIs, products, and services across the company and at scale.
• Improving internal engineering standards, integration experience, tooling, and processes.
• Empowering developer experience around increased productivity and quality.
• Recruit top talent into our teams.

You may be a fit for this role if you have:

• Experience managing engineering teams and building cloud native products.
• Experience with designing cloud native systems.
• Building developer products in a cloud native environment.
• The ability to thrive with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
• Ability to mentor a team through agile, domain driven design, and lean architecture activities and deliverables.
• Have a least 5 years of engineering management experience.
